Terms of Service

Services
Presency is a local digital agency. We provide website design and hosting, Google Business Profile optimization, review and reputation management, social media management, and related digital services for local businesses. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in your service agreement or proposal. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
Payment
Setup is billed as a one-time payment at the start of the engagement. Monthly service fees are billed on a recurring basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
Cancellation
You may cancel your plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. To cancel, contact us at hello@getpresency.com.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your business, supplying the content, brand assets, and account access we need to deliver the services, and reviewing the work we produce on your behalf. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and to ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us.
Ownership
You own your website and the content you provide to us. On full payment for an engagement, the deliverables we produce for you under that engagement become yours. We may retain rights to our own underlying tools, templates, and know-how, and we may reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limitation of Liability
Presency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
